Kathleen is a certified and insured Breathwork Coach, she has worked with many masters in the field of Conscious Connected Breathwork therapy. For over 10+ years, Kathleen has used her Breath coaching and intuitive skills to support individuals in clearly identifying areas in need of growth, healing and focused goal creation. Kathleen’s instinctive sense of what will motivate and empower her clients is the impetus for their transformation.

Dancer / Choreographer
Nhyira Oforiwaa Asante (she/her) is a Ghanaian-American born and raised in the Bronx, NYC. She is a dancer, model, and choreographer currently earning her B.F.A. in dance and B.A. in sociology at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and College of Arts and Sciences graduating in Spring 2023.

Actress
Laila Garroni is a multidisciplinary artist and Journalist. She is a proud Stella Adler Acting Studio alumni, and as an actress and screenwriter.
